Full-Line Solutions
ZimaPack designs and builds Net Weight Fillers and Monoblocks while working closely with various packaging equipment manufacturers that include Rinsers, Fillers, and Cappers for the packaging industry to seamlessly integrate full production lines. We can assist you from the molding of your bottle to packaging your ready product on a pallet for shipment. Our services give you a start-to-finish solution to packaging.
Operator Training
During FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), we give a brief and basic training in order for the client to gain a basic understanding of how the machine is operated. As part of the installation, ZimaPack technicians provide more in-depth and detailed training directly to each operator to ensure that he/she completely understands how to operate the machine and to answer any questions that the operator may have. We also have additional options for Operators/Technicians to gain more knowledge about our machines, such as extensive training courses before and/or after the machine(s) are installed. Ask your ZimaPack representative for details!
Remote IT Support
ZimaPack Remote IT Support is a feature that is offered optionally and allows the machine to have direct communication with ZimaPack’s technicians. With a diverse group of technicians at hand, we pride ourselves on always having a representative that can communicate with your company whether it be in English, Spanish, or Italian.
